I’m a problem solver with a knack for finding imaginative, people centric solutions.
Having worked my way up from office assistant to Managing Director of a multimillion-pound events agency, before the age of 30, I am well versed in the commercial and people pressures at all levels of a business. Bringing my personal experience of leading a business and helping teams thrive in entrepreneurial, fast-paced and high-pressure environments I help companies build stronger, happier businesses.
My mission is to enable companies to create a positive, sustainable business environment which engages employees, increases growth and promotes optimum customer focused, profitable results.

I work with businesses and individuals, to bring together the practical knowledge of business infrastructure and the impact of effective systems & organisational design. Combined with a deep passion for and understanding of people development and leadership. Delivered through practical solutions that focus on strategy, culture and business functionality.

Helping to develop and support others is at the core of what I do and something I’m incredibly passionate about. in 2025 I co-founded Elevate NewGen, a training and mentoring programme designed to support young people from underrepresented backgrounds, into the events industry.
